Shipping times within the contiguous United States vary from 2-10 days. Items that are not marked FREE SHIPPING must utilize a shipping calculator to assess shipping costs to order.
You can track the progress of your delivery by clicking on "Order Status" after you have placed your order. If delivery of your shipment is date sensitive, or if your shipping address requires special consideration (such as being rural or difficult to access), please contact customer service at 877-817-6446 (Toll Free).
If our shipping carrier determines that your address is inaccessible for delivery, COLDCORE INC. will contact you immediately so that we may assist in making other arrangements. This may involve final delivery at the nearest shipping terminal. In whatever manner you receive a delivery, please note that it remains your responsibility to follow our delivery guidelines. INACCESSABLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES MAY RESULT IN “SPECIAL” SHIPPING & WILL NOT BE FREE. CARRIER CHARGES FOR “SPECIAL” DELIVERIES WILL BE ASSESSED.
All shipments will be delivered curbside only. Delivery does not include inside delivery, uncrating or installation. Please make arrangements (personnel & equipment) for unloading at your location. Lift-gate service can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
If you (or anyone other than COLDCORE INC) request services from the freight carrier, you will be responsible for additional charges.
COLDCORE INC is not responsible for additional freight bill charges such as: lift-gate, inside delivery, redelivery, re-consignment (change of address), storage, etc. when not pre-arranged by COLDCORE INC.
If you would like overnight or 2nd day delivery, an extra charge will be added to your order and indicated during checkout. Very large, heavy or equipment items may not be eligible for overnight or 2nd day shipment. Express orders received after 2PM Eastern Time will be processed the following day. If you would like part of an order shipped overnight and part shipped ground, please place two separate orders.
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii (and some non-contiguous locations in other states) require a shipping quote and customer approval before processing. After placing your order, a shipping quote will be emailed to you for your approval.
We are unable to deliver outside of the 50 United States, to Post Office Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a Freight Forwarding Address / Port Address within one of the 50 States to ship to.
COLDCORE INC. typically ships via United Parcel Service, UPS, a variety of Common Carriers & Van Lines. We reserve the right to select the shipping method on all free and paid shipments.
Lift-gate
Freight delivered via common carrier may require lift-gate service. During checkout, you will have the option to choose lift-gate service if applicable.
If you choose lift-gate service, a fee of $75 (commercial address) or $150 (non-commercial address) will be added to your order.
(Note that all schools, churches, and other places of worship are considered non-commercial, even when located in commercial areas.)
Consider selecting lift-gate service if your facility does not have a loading dock. Otherwise, you will need to make alternate arrangements for unloading at your location.
Lift-gate service unloads your shipment to the curb, it is not inside delivery.
Redelivery or Re-consignment
If the freight carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver for reasons that are within your control, redelivery fees will apply.
Once a shipment is in transit, new fees may apply if there is a change in the delivery address (also known as re-consignment).
Cancelled/Refused Orders
If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of roundtrip shipping and handling charges, plus any applicable restocking fees.
